Boavista - the taste of tradition, reinvented for the future

Tradition, identity, territory. These are the values behind Boavista, the new vegetable and soya oil brand launched by REFITEC - Angola Grupo Naval, for which Gentlebrand created the entire visual identity. A stimulating creative challenge: to give shape to a product that is not only a food but also a cultural symbol.
 
The objective? To create a brand that speaks to the heart of the Angolan people, reinforcing its local roots while appealing to new generations with a contemporary language.
 
The result is a design that leaves nothing to chance: the logo is characterised by details around the letter 'O', inspired by the African sun, while the label is enriched with graphic patterns that evoke local craftsmanship and reinforce the authenticity of the product.
 
Gentlebrand designed a complete packaging line for 1-litre PET bottles, including labels for canisters and secondary packaging in cardboard, ensuring a strong and recognisable visual identity on each format.
 
Printing was done in collaboration with La Prensa - Labels and More to ensure impeccable graphic detail.
 
Boavista is a manifesto of Angolan culture, a product that embodies the flavours, colours and roots of a living country. A perfect balance between tradition and innovation, enhanced by a strategic design that has conquered the market, conveying authenticity, quality and a deep sense of belonging.
