MATERIKA - luxury meets a new perception of coffee

Its mission is to enhance the perception of its high-quality coffee blends and the overall image of the brand.



Gentlebrand accepted the challenge of creating a new, strong and unambiguous visual identity, with a premium-brand repositioning strategy in line with the coffee company’s image.



This project involved creating a visual identity system for a new range of coffee pods, in four different blends.



Once the brand identity was established, Gentlebrand went on to create the new logo and packaging. We focused on elegance and refinement, choosing sophisticated colours, attractive fonts and a clean design. Images, colours, textures, patterns, characters and typefaces blend together to create a unique product.


The packaging material is designed to mimic the natural effect of marble, with veins and different colours resembling those found in the natural stone.



This type of texture gives the packaging a feeling of luxury and sophistication, making it attractive in the eyes of the consumer. The name was chosen to reflect the fact that the finish on the packaging suggests materials found in nature and to create an effective, memorable and unique product.
